First ideas

We divided the site in two main areas : residential and commercial.
Starting from the main direction : perpendicular and parallel to the sea, we imagine a grid that will help us to organize the space.
In both commercial and residential areas we left green spaces that will give unity to the space.
Regarding the typologies we imagined a relationship between the tall buildings and the low ones and also between the buildings and the imviroment.
We place the tall buildings in the west side of the sight to give a better view of the green space of the east side which is and will be less constructed.
